dummy dumb dumb

i don't know what's got into me..i did a very dumb thing today..i collected the cheque from the dentist..it was under my mum's name since my surgery fees were claimed under her medisave..yet, i happily collected the cheque n dropped it into the uob cheque deposit box, with my name and account no. written..how stupid can i get..oh man~

after i reached home, i began to think about what i did and as i think i realise it's not possible to write my name and account no. on the back of the cheque since it's my mum's name at the front of the cheque so i consulted my cousin..what i did was indeed a stupid act..it's just the same as people picking up a named cheque on the ground and writing their name at the back and then drop it into the box..obviously they won't get the money la...now then i get it..tomorrow my mum has to make a trip down to the bank..hope everything will be settled..
