disgusted

i'm still feeling disgusted. i thought i had gotten over it but i guess the trauma is too great to bear.
it all happened during lunch.
as usual, we went out of office for lunch. it was drizzling while we stepped out of cpf building so we decided to walk down the sheltered stretch and settle on some place for lunch.
we decided to go some hawker near mph for lunch. the place wasn't appealing at all. it was stuffy and very crowded. we couldn't find enough seats to accommodate all of us so packing lunches back to office is the best solution. every stall had long queues. the girls queued up for the economic rice.
back in office, we were all eating our boxes of economic rice. halfway through my meal, i spotted a small cockroach amidst the vegetables that i ordered. i didn't finish my rice. i was utterly disgusted but i remained calm. i didn't want to affect the others' appetite. after everyone finished their meal, i told them about it and said that we shouldn't go back to that stall again.
while having dinner at home just now, the cockroach i saw at lunch flashed through my mind again. it was really a very disgusting experience. sorry if this entry disgusts you too.
