we had joy, we had fun..and now it's time to say goodbye.one day notice. it came too sudden. arthur drew lots. 3 of us stayed, 5 had to leave. tmr is my last day of work.
initially we were employed to clear gst offset forms, now the peak period is over and work is really very little so it's time for us to leave. the amount of time spent in office slacking, playing games, playing DS Lite, interacting with each other, getting to know each other better way exceeds the amount of time spent doing work so it's a waste of resources if we stayed on. i understand that we'd be asked to leave one day but it all came too soon and i'm sure i will miss the company and the bonds fostered in the workplace.
i will miss the times when..
~ all the girls meet every morning at 815 at tanjong pagar mrt to walk to the workplace together
~ we go up to the 34th floor to buy breakfast
~ we ate breakfast at office together
~ we went out for lunch together and ended up packing food back to office so that we can chat while eating at our big table in office
~ we watched shrek 3 at the cathay together
~ we went marina for steamboat and bowling
we became an addition to each other's lives since may. it is only a month long friendship but i truly enjoyed their company. i never regretted going down to work for this urgent assignment. i will miss them and i am looking forward to more outings with them before school starts.
