updatesi think this is going to be a long entry, i'm going to blog about highlights of my life for the past 2 months in a reverse chronological order..
holidays started on 6th may but just didn't get down to blogging though there can be many things to blog about already. feeling rather bored today, so just thought i could come in and write some stuffs.
just came back from renuka's 21st b'day celebration at bottle tree park. the ambience of the place is quite nice..i like the place. it would be a gd place to take a stroll with your other half on a breezy weekend =)

the theme was princess n prince nite, so i bought a dress to wear to the celebration. i think it's been more than 10 years since i last wore a dress, rv uniform not counted =p

met up with the girls after very long. i think i haven't seen wt and fangting for 3 mths! chinese new yr till now..
we ate the yummy XO fish bee hoon at holland drive coffee shop and then went over to coffee club to have a gd chat =D let's have more of such meet-ups, okok?

joanne's 21st birthday. on that day, i postponed my tuition to a later time, bought a cake from bengawan solo for a mini surprise for joanne.

last day of school. had our last lesson for understanding emotions in interactive processes. took pic with ms chee and project grp mates after class. enjoyed this module alot, ms chee made lessons come alive. she is also very friendly and caring.

chinese studies graduation dinner. most of the people who were present are honours class students. we were among the few year 3s who attended the function.
me with dr ong, my favourite prof in university. sadly, only took 2 modules offered by him--women in chinese history and confucian thought. his modules are always very challenging. he was the one who gave me my first and only A. getting an A from him really gave me a great sense of satisfaction, being able to meet his expectations is indeed not easy. i remembered being very lost while working on the research essay for confucian thought and went to his office not less than 5 times to consult him so as to settle on a topic. when my topic was finalised, i only had 3 days to work on the paper. i received an email from dr ong on the 2nd morning i was working on my paper and he was asking about my progress, trying to see if i faced any difficulties while writing. this email touched me alot, especially when i was feeling very helpless and time is just so tight. his replies to my queries were always very prompt too. he is really a great teacher whom i truly admire and respect.

working on term essays together, studying for exams and many other beautiful memories of sch life. thanks for your presence in my uni life. =)
